COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided are NOT the subject of commercial activities such as selling or renting and will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently and with respect for your confidentiality. The data is processed directly and exclusively by designated personnel. Data collected for the specified purposes are not disclosed and/or disseminated to third parties in any way, except for the possible fulfillment of legal obligations or orders from public authorities legitimately entitled to the request, as well as for the protection of rights in court.

We inform you that the recipients of your personal data may be:

  • employees of the data controller who are duly authorized and trained in accordance with the regulations;
  • suppliers of the data controller (e.g. managers of the wellness center, excursions, computer services, etc.);

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

With regard to the purposes under point 1, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case no longer than 5 years from the collection; for the purpose under point 2 your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the pursued purpose and thereafter for the period in which we are subject to retention terms for tax compliance obligations, i.e. for legal obligations.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or erasure (art. 17) of the same, restriction of the processing concerning you (art.18) or to object to their processing (art. 21), as well as the right to data portability (art. 20).
