The Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort dedicates particular attention to cuisine and experiences to be enjoyed through the flavors of the Gargano. For guests staying in Classic, Superior and Comfort rooms, the formula includes:
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the La Fenice Restaurant, with beverages included with meals (water, wine, beer, and soft drinks) and espresso coffee. Upon reservation and subject to availability, guests have the option to replace lunch with the Beach Lunch at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant and dinner with Il Peperoncino Pizzeria.
Superior Room guests may enjoy the buffet breakfast at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant.
For guests staying in the Le Dune Suites and Beach Suites Le Dune, the package includes:
Privileged access to all services at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant: buffet breakfast, Beach Lunch* and dinner with table service. Upon reservation and subject to availability, lunch and dinner can be replaced with a meal at La Fenice or dinner at Il Peperoncino pizzeria.
*Beach Lunch includes a wide choice of 3 first courses, 2 grilled main courses, a street food corner with chips, hot dogs and hamburgers, and a corner dedicated to appetisers, salads and fresh fruit.
The formula includes the following for all guests:
Open Bar at the Pool Bar (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and 9:30 PM – 12:00 AM), the Bar Fenice, and the Trabucco Beach Bar (8:30 AM – 10:30 PM).
Free Food (excluding Sundays)
Snacks are available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pool Bar and the Trabucco Beach Bar.

In our gastronomic proposal, we pay special attention to KM 0 raw materials to preserve and protect the nature that hosts us, and to those who prefer a healthy and light diet with the Nature and Wellness corner. In all our restaurants we provide specific food for those with intolerances and the Baby and Mummy service for our youngest guests, through which we provide everything they need to prepare their meals. Furthermore, for those who enjoy a leisurely start to the day, the Late Coffee option is available at breakfast, which includes breakfast service at the Trabucco Beach Bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
We make every day of your holiday special with a calendar full of weekly events, designed to let you enjoy the best of relaxation, music and gastronomy.
Aperisunset: an event held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 7pm at the Trabucco Beach Bar with a selection of snacks and house aperitifs, all accompanied by DJ sets and/or musical entertainment by the sea.
Local Traditions: a journey through the flavours of the land. It begins with an aperitif in the garden or dedicated area, transformed into a regional gastronomic journey with themed corners. During dinner, traditional dishes with original recipes are served. There are craft markets, show cooking and live performances with the Pentolo and the Casaro.
Flavours from the Mediterranean: an evening inspired by the countries of the Mare Nostrum. Opening with an outdoor aperitif and themed corners: Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Greece and Spain. Decorations, costumed characters such as the Pentolo or the Casaro, live barbecue cooking and drinks.
Gala Evening and Farewell: the perfect way to end the week. Gala Farewell Dinner with buffet and live cooking to celebrate the experience and look forward to the next holiday.
