The Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort dedicates particular attention to cuisine and experiences to be enjoyed through the flavors of the Gargano. Guests can choose from two restaurants, including a main buffet restaurant and an à la carte beach restaurant, one pizzeria, and three bars, including a poolside bar and a beach bar.

  • Trabucco Beach Restaurant

    Nestled in a breathtaking setting, overlooking the infinite blue of the sea, it offers a unique à la carte gastronomic experience. A perfect blend of fresh fish and local ingredients, carefully selected to offer the best of our land and our sea. With a contemporary and creative twist, every dish is a symphony of fresh flavors and vibrant colors—a true pleasure for the palate and for the eyes.

  • Pizzeria Trabucco

    The Pizzeria Trabucco is open from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), and booking is required for all room types. From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), it transforms into a gourmet corner, offering pizzas, sweet crêpes, and croissants (extra charge applies).

  • Classic, Comfort & Superior Rooms

    For guests staying in Classic, Superior and Comfort rooms, the formula includes:

    Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at the La Fenice Restaurant, with beverages included with meals (water, wine, beer, and soft drinks) and espresso coffee. Upon reservation and subject to availability, guests have the option to replace lunch with the Beach Lunch at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant and dinner with the "Trabucco" Pizzeria.

    Superior Room guests may enjoy the buffet breakfast at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant.

  • Suite & Junior Suite

    For guests of the Le Dune Suite and Le Dune Beach Suite, the formula includes:

    Buffet breakfast, Beach Lunch*, and dinner are served at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant with beverages included (bottled water and wine, beer, and soft drinks), plus espresso coffee served at breakfast, and at the counter during lunch and dinner. Upon reservation and subject to availability, guests have the option to replace Lunch and Dinner with meals at La Fenice or replace dinner with the "Trabucco" Pizzeria.

    *Beach Lunch includes a wide selection of 3 first courses (pasta/rice dishes), 2 grilled main courses, a street food corner with French fries, hot dogs, and hamburgers, a dedicated corner for appetizers and salads, and fruit.

  • All Inclusive

    The formula includes the following for all guests:

    Open Bar at the Pool Bar (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and 9:30 PM – 12:00 AM), the Bar Fenice, and the Trabucco Beach Bar (8:30 AM – 10:30 PM).

    The All-Inclusive formula includes: espresso coffee/hot beverages, a selection of alcoholic beverages (two Italian digestifs, Limoncello, Vodka, Gin, White Rum), Prosecco, beer and soft drinks on tap (Coca-Cola, orange soda, tonic water, two juices), slushies (granite), bulk ice cream, and classic cocktails (Gin Tonic, Spritz, Rum and Coke, Gin Lemon, Vodka Lemon, and Vodka Tonic).
    The following are excluded from the formula and available for an extra charge: Aperol Spritz, muddled drinks, coffee cream, premium spirits, and all packaged or bottled drinks, or any not specified in the All-Inclusive list.

    Snacks are available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pool Bar and the Trabucco Beach Bar.

    At the Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort we have everyone's wishes at heart, young and old alike.

    In our gastronomic proposal, we pay special attention to KM 0 raw materials to preserve and protect the nature that hosts us, and to those who prefer a healthy and light diet with the Nature and Wellness corner. In all our restaurants we provide specific food for those with intolerances and the Baby and Mummy service for our youngest guests, through which we provide everything they need to prepare their meals. Furthermore, for those who enjoy a leisurely start to the day, the Late Coffee option is available at breakfast, which includes breakfast service at the Trabucco Beach Bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

  • Weekly Events

    We make every day of your holiday a special occasion with a rich calendar of weekly events, designed to let you experience the best of relaxation, music, and gastronomy.

    Aperisunset, an unmissable event held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trabucco Beach Bar. It features a rich selection of snacks and our house aperitifs, all accompanied by a DJ set and/or musical entertainment by the sea.

    During the week, evenings are enriched with unique flavors and atmospheres thanks to our Themed Dinners, designed to delight the palate and offer a different culinary experience: from the Typical Puglian Dinner (Tuesday), to the Mediterranean Dinner (Thursday), and the Elegant Dinner (Saturday). All dinners are preceded by an Aperitif from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM near the La Fenice restaurant.
