In the morning, it hosts the Late Coffee corner for a leisurely, extended breakfast, whilst as the sun sets it becomes the setting for the evocative AperiSunset events, featuring a selection of snacks and music.
La Fenice restaurant offers a complete culinary experience thanks to a rich and carefully curated buffet. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is the ideal setting to enjoy a wide variety of hot and cold specialities every day. During the week, the offering is enhanced with three themed evenings, preceded by an aperitif with musical entertainment overlooking the outdoor park.
For guests staying in Classic, Superior and Comfort rooms, the formula includes:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at La Fenice Restaurant, with drinks included with meals (water, wine, beer and soft drinks) and espresso coffee. Upon booking, subject to availability, guests may opt to replace lunch with the Beach Lunch at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant and dinner with a meal at the "Il Peperoncino" pizzeria.
Superior rooms can enjoy a buffet breakfast at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant.
For guests staying in the Le Dune Suites and Le Dune Beach Suites, the package includes:

We make every day of your holiday a special occasion with a rich calendar of weekly events, designed to let you experience the best of relaxation, music, and gastronomy.
Aperisunset, an unmissable event held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trabucco Beach Bar. It features a rich selection of snacks and our house aperitifs, all accompanied by a DJ set and/or musical entertainment by the sea.
During the week, evenings are enriched with unique flavors and atmospheres thanks to our Themed Dinners, designed to delight the palate and offer a different culinary experience: from the Typical Puglian Dinner (Tuesday), to the Mediterranean Dinner (Thursday), and the Elegant Dinner (Saturday). All dinners are preceded by an Aperitif from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM near the La Fenice restaurant.

At the Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort we have everyone's wishes at heart, young and old alike.
In our gastronomic proposal, we pay special attention to KM 0 raw materials to preserve and protect the nature that hosts us, and to those who prefer a healthy and light diet with the Nature and Wellness corner. In all our restaurants we provide specific food for those with intolerances and the Baby and Mummy service for our youngest guests, through which we provide everything they need to prepare their meals. Furthermore, for those who enjoy a leisurely start to the day, the Late Coffee option is available at breakfast, which includes breakfast service at the Trabucco Beach Bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
